We are located at 4 Hedges Pond Road, Plymouth MA. 02360 When you arrive, please enter the parking lot and look for the side door on the left side of the building—that’s where you and your pet will meet your groomer.

On your first visit, we will:

1. Request an up-to-date rabies certificate.

2. Review our procedures and have you complete the liability waiver.

3. Get an updated weight for your dog.

4. Discuss your preferred haircut and review our grooming packages (Basic, Premium, Deluxe) to determine which is best for your pet.

5. Select your cologne scent.

After this, you may drop off your pet, and grooming typically takes 1.5–2 hours.
